Refund policy

Because our guides are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been delivered, and we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, though. If you have a problem with your order, such as a download link that doesn’t work, a file that won’t open, or a guide you were charged for twice, please email us at startsmallstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll fix it or refund you.
