For the last 5 years, I have been reselling items, both bought and sold from numerous platforms and places. Trying to keep track of every item's original profit desire, how much I paid, where they're listed and how long it's been, and exactly which bin they are in became overwhelming. I needed something that would make this feel effortless while remaining accurate to my buys, sells, and everything in between.

Most reseller spreadsheets have you type each sale by hand, sometimes twice, and start over every January. This one reads the sales reports your platforms already give you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download your sales report from eBay, Mercari or Poshmark.
2. Paste the whole file in. You do not need to worry about those rows at the top that contain the export date and other information. Leave them and every blank line in between. Paste multiple platforms transaction data at once, ensuring a header is at the top of each new platform's information.
3. Tick Import. New sales are saved, and anything already imported is skipped.

Fees come from the platform's own report and are checked against your payout, so nothing is estimated. Download overlapping dates as often as you like. Imported the wrong file? Tick Undo.

Record cost on eBay or Poshmark and it comes in with the sale. Or log items on the Inventory tab, and sales match to them by SKU, item number or title. Whatever's still missing waits on one short list.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Works in Google Sheets with a free Google account. There's no Excel version yet.
• Use a computer to download reports and import. Checking your numbers works anywhere.
• Etsy, Depop and Whatnot imports are in beta. They're built from each platform's published report format, but I haven't tested them against enough real files yet. If yours doesn't import right, message me and I'll fix it.
• Room for 5,000 inventory items, 20,000 imported sales, and 1,000 each of expenses and mileage trips. The Summary tab shows how much you've used.
• It's a bookkeeping tool, not tax advice.
